Shipping Policy

We ship pan-India, 3–7 business days depending on courier availability in your area.

Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹1,999; a flat shipping fee applies below that threshold (see checkout for the current amount, configurable by the store in Settings).

Payment Policy

This store accepts online payments only — UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and wallets via Razorpay, where configured. Cash on Delivery is not offered. Online payments are only ever marked paid after real gateway verification succeeds.

Returns & Refunds

You can request a cancellation or return from your order tracking page or your account's order history, subject to the order's current status. Approved refunds are processed back to the original online payment method.

Customer Responsibilities

Please provide accurate shipping details and a reachable phone number at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and serviceability of your pincode.

All product photography, designs, logos, and site content belong to Priya Fashions or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Priya Fashions is not liable for delays or losses caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Priya Fashions is registered.
