What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments only — UPI and credit/debit cards via Razorpay, where configured. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders ship pan-India within 3–7 business days, depending on courier availability in your area. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order dispatches.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been packed or dispatched yet — cancel it yourself from your order tracking page or account order history.

How do returns and refunds work?

Request a return from your order tracking page or account within the return window. Once we receive the item back, refunds go to your original payment method. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Do you ship outside India?

Currently we ship within India only.

Do I need an account to order?

No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account just lets you track orders, save addresses, and build a wishlist more easily.
