What we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping/billing address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We never collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details — those are handled entirely by our payment gateway (Razorpay), which is PCI-DSS compliant.

How we use it

Your information is used to process orders, communicate order and account updates by email/SMS/push notification, respond to support requests, and — only if you opt in — send marketing updates about new collections and offers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies & local storage

We use essential cookies for login sessions and your shopping cart. Your cart contents are stored in your browser's local storage so they persist between visits on the same device.

Data retention

We retain order records as required for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us — see Contact Us.

Your rights

You can view and update your profile and addresses at any time from your account. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email, or by contacting us directly.
